Speech and Language Session Rules

When students attend Speech and Language sessions, they are asked to respect the following rules:

1. Sit in your chair.

2. Take turns.

3. Follow directions.

4. Be a good listener.

5. Be polite.

We discuss and practice these rules until each student understands and is able to follow these five rules. Stamps, stickers, and prizes are introduced to facilitate growth in their ability to follow the rules. These expectations are modified according to age and ability.
